For Fridays, Saturdays, and public holiday eves in Sydney, we recommend booking at least 7–10 days in advance.

Reservation Policy

Clear, considered terms ensure a transparent luxury dining journey from booking to farewell. Our policy is designed to respect both your time and our team’s preparations.

  • Seating times: Standard bookings are reserved for 2–2.5 hours depending on party size.
  • Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed via email; we may follow up by SMS for peak nights.
  • Changes & cancellations: Where possible, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for amendments or cancellations.
  • Running late: We hold tables for 15–20 minutes; contact us via the Contact Us page if you are delayed.
  • Special requests: We will always do our best to honour seating, menu, and access preferences, subject to availability and safety.
